Please note: If you’re looking for career coaching, most of our career coaching (with special exceptions) happens within the group coaching program or are sent out to a partner.

Whether you want to engage your organization’s leaders at the top or in the middle-management layer, whether you want to bring in an external trainer or want to send out your managers for a training-only monthly program, we’ve got you covered. Whether your organization has an honorarium or if you’re providing access to a group of prospective clients, it might be aligned for us to speak with you. While our speaking rates tend to match training rates, we do occasionally work on a negotiated agreement where alignment is strong. Rates available upon request.

If you’re looking for advising and mentorship around how to build a company leadership development program in-house and don’t have the budget or desire to hire an L&D person full-time or an external trainer to build it out fully, this is a great time to engage us at a per-hour rate for support with your program design and curriculum.
